Yoga Classes

Currently I'm offering online Power Flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Acro Yoga Fun and private classes. Courses' time and links may variate from week to week. Check the calendar and the single events at the bottom of this page to be up-to-date.

POWER FLOW is a one-hour dynamic practice, mainly based on the Ashtanga yoga half primary series, with some variations taken from the Jivamukti style and Hatha postures and it will wake up the fire inside you through the dynamic repetition of the sun salutation and other yoga asanas aimed at strengthening your muscles, aligning the spine and increasing flexibility.

The FULL PRIMARY SERIES of ASHTANGA YOGA is usually followed by a short meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises). During the class I will lead you through the traditional Ashtanga Yoga led class to experience the flow of Ashtanga Yoga as developed by K. Pattabhi Jois. We will open and close the session with traditional mantras sung in Sanskrit.

Whenever you want we can have some fun together and try out the basic flow of ACRO YOGA or we can arrange a PRIVATE CLASS to work more on your specific needs.

One hour Power Flow

Awaking your energy

In this class I will drive you in one hour power flow followed by a short meditation. WINTER CLASSES are focused on the element of air. Air is the element of love, freedom, openness, mobility, frivolity, positivity and intellect. Air is connected to the 4th chakra, Anahata or heart chakra. Discover with me how to use your Ujjay breathe to flow into the poses with a special focus on chest opening postures!

Ashtanga yoga led class

Traditional full strength

In this course we will focus on the Ashtanga Yoga full primary series followed by a short meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques). During the class I will lead you through the traditional Ashtanga Yoga to experience the flow as developed by K. Pattabhi Jois. We will open and close the session with traditional mantras sung in Sanskrit.

Find your mate and enjoy partner acrobatics!

Make sure you have enough space around you. If you are 3 is even better so one person on rotation can make the spotter and provide support for the base and the flyer. Beginners welcome!
