About the Event
In this class I will guide you through a one-hour power flow session followed by a short meditation. Power flow is mostly based on Ashtanga Yoga half primary series of Ashtanga and it will wake up the fire inside you through the dynamic repetition of the sun salutation and other yoga asanas aimed at strengthening your muscles, aligning the spine and increasing flexibility.

As the weather is good, we will meet in Mauerpark/ Falkplatz around 6:45 pm in the little wood between the Mauerpark playground of Regenbogen Spielplatz and Gleimstr. in Prenzlauer Berg. If you don't find me call me at 0176 31533364
