About the Event
In this class I will guide you through a one-hour power flow session followed by a short meditation. Power flow is a mix between the Ashtanga yoga half primary series, Jivamukti style and Hatha postures, with the aim to wake up your inside fire through the dynamic cycles of sun salutation followed by yoga asanas. The practice aims at strengthening the muscles, aligning the spine and increasing flexibility.
